As the year moves into fast forward, and the noise of life again reaches a crescendo, spare a thought for the health of your soul. Let’s make some time to ‘smell the roses’. Are our lives seasoned with gratefulness for what really counts? Do we appreciate those dear to us? Praise is a wonderful antidote to the poison of self-centredness; it forces us to look up from our hamster wheels! Let’s be intentional about identifying the praiseworthy around us.
