A number of psychiatrists have recently been made aware that rating scale assessment forms distributed contained material in it which was subject to the copyright of a third party. The forms had been used as part of a clinical assessment of ADHD in patients.
I would like to reassure patients that while we have ceased using the forms due to the copyright issues, they were not deficient in any way from a clinical perspective.
